In our solitude, a lot of things go on in our minds. Sometimes it can be a memory of different times, months, years or even decades of laughter, sadness, confusion and everything. If we could just have time to go back, maybe, just maybe we could cherish it so much when we got there that we wouldn't want even to go back to where we were.
But isolation can be a powerful ingredient of getting more far away from the real thing. We feel retired, detached, remote around us. We feel relentless to anything that gives us positively vibes and reject it the same.
Being helpless is already in isolation that builds uncomfortable feeling the day we can't understand what is going on with us. Do we deserve this? Do they really care about our feelings? Do they really want to help us? What do they care about us?
A lot of times when I'm helpless, I just pray, take a deep breath and read a Bible. I don't control my destiny where or when it will happen that fateful event will occur. We can't really tell how much of time we need to spend just to recognize our incapacity to comprehend it. They said "I am the captain of my soul" but you never know how big the ocean is for you to maneuver at every turn in your life. You will never know the essence of being you until such a time as you are really helpless to every shift you make. Feeling there are no solutions to your present difficulties that lies ahead.
Being helpless is not hopeless unless you decide to end it, which is not helpful in any way possible. I think just keep on going, you will never know what's at the end of the rainbow after the rain ends.
